Wondering how many cases you need?  Simply multiply how many days you want food for by the number of people.  Then multiply by 2 meals per day (These MREs have enough calories for 2 meals per day).  Then divide by 12 meals per case.  Example ** 10 days X 2 People X 2 Meals per day Divided by 12 meals per case = about 4 Cases of MREs
